Mehmet Baser was born in Istanbul in 1968. He graduated from Istanbul Saint Joseph French High School in 1987. He earned dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Bogazici University. Mehmet Baser holds an M.B.A. degree from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, U.S.A.
Mehmet Baser started his career in United States in 1995. He worked as Key Account Sales Manager at American Power Conversion between 1995-1996 and Corporate Finance Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Istanbul between 1997-1998. He then joined McKinsey & Company Istanbul in 1998 where he advised clients on operational improvement, strategy development, portfolio strategy and organization. Mehmet Baser joined Borusan Telekom as Strategic Project Manager and worked with group companies Time, Bnet and Pargem in a number of improvement and development projects between 2001 and 2003.
Mehmet Baser became Director of Finance and Business Planning at Borusan Telekom in May 2003. He was appointed as Director of Customer Operations and 6 Sigma Deployment Champion between 2004-2005. He became Director of Operations (COO) in charge of Customer Operations, Network and IT in December 2006. Mehmet Baser has been Managing Director of Borusan Telekom since January 2008.

Hüseyin Köksaldı

Hüseyin Köksaldı was born in 1960 in Bartın and graduated from Haydarpaşa Erkek High School. He completed his B.S degree in Electrical Engineering in 1983. Hüseyin Köksaldı started his career in EMG Engineering and Consultancy as a Project Implementation Engineer and Kurtalan Cement Factory Construction Supervisor in 1983. He later worked as Installation&Test Engineer-Team Leader between 1986-1992 and Transmission Marketing Products Line Manager between 1986-1994 in Alcatel Teletaş. The Following year, he became Implementation&Engineering Manager in Telsim and worked there until 1997. He continued his career in Rumeli Holding subsidiaries as Technical Operations Director in Rumeli Teknik&Aktif Kablo TV between 1997-1998 and K MOBILE CEO in Kar-Tell LLP between 1998-1999. In 1999 he returned to Telsim as Technical Operations Director and he later became the CTO in 2004. He continued as the CTO after Telsim became Vodafone in 2006 until 2008. He worked at Vodafone as the Technology&Regulation Advisor afterwards before joining Borusan Telekom as the Operations Director in April, 2010. |

Serdar Önsöz

Serdar Önsöz was born in 1974 and graduated from Izmir Ataturk High School in 1992. He completed his bachelor`s degree in Business Administration in Bogazici University . He started his work life as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in 1997.
He worked as Internal Auditor between 2001 and 2002, as Budget and Finance Control Expert between 2002 and 2004 and as UFRS and Projects Coordinator between 2004 and 2006 at Petrol Ofisi, the largest petroleum retailer in Turkey.
Serdar Onsoz was the Group Finance Manager at Nestle Waters and Erikli Group until he joined Borusan Telekom as Finance Director in April 2008.

Erdem Özsaruhan

Erdem Özsaruhan was born in Istanbul in 1967 and graduated from the German High School in 1986. He completed his bachelor`s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1990 at Istanbul Technical University and received his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. He also holds an e-MBA from Koc University, 2002. Erdem Ozsaruhan started his career in the USA in 1993. He worked as Network Engineer in Calculogic Corporation between 1992 and 1993, as Project Manager at NCI between 1993 and 1998. Later, he returned to Turkey and worked as Senior Software Engineer at Garanti Teknoloji until 2000 and as Information Technologies Manager at Dogus Yayin Grubu between 2000 and 2004. He was Operator Relations and Wholesale Manager at Borusan Telekom between 2004 and 2008. He was appointed as Director of Carrier Relations, Wholesale and Fiber in September 2008. |

Arzugül Nalcıoğlu

Arzugül Nalcıoğlu was born in 1970 in Istanbul and graduated from Kandilli Kiz Lisesi in 1987. She received her bachelor`s degree in Psychology from Bogazici University in 1993 and completed her master’s degree in International Management at Istanbul University in 1995. Arzugul Nalcioglu started her career in Garanti Bank as a Management Trainee in 1996. She later worked as Training Assistant Manager and Recruitment Executive in Garanti Bank and Dogus Holding Group of Companies. Between January 2001 and July 2006 she worked as the Division Head of Human Resources Department at Global Bilgi (subsidiary of Turkcell group, largest callcenter in Turkey) in various functions such as Training, System Development and Quality Employee Relations. She has been Human Resources Manager at Borusan Telekom since September 2007.
